If I already have a domain name can I use this?
Yes, we can transfer domain names that you already own to your new website.

How long until my site is visible in the search engine ranks?
There is no exact science to this. Generally websites will start attracting more traffic and higher rankings in search engines after about 4-6 weeks.

Do I have to resize my photos before upload?
No you don´t, when you upload your photos via your admin they are resized and compressed for you to reduce loading times making sure your website works smoothly.

How do I collect my email?
We will send you a URL were you can login with your username and password and you can then retrieve your mail.

Can I use Microsoft Outlook for my email?
Yes you can if you require this just let us know and we will send you a file which once clicked will set this up for you.

I don´t have a logo can you design one for me.
Yes we can do this for you and we will then send you the logo file for putting on your business cards and letterheads, your logo will be a two colour text logo. If you require a more detailed logo we can send you a quote.
